Get Reviewer Certificate
QR-Verified Reviewer Certificate System
As a token of recognition for services rendered by our peer reviewers, we provide a formal Reviewer Certificate for each completed manuscript review. Each certificate features QR code verification and can be authenticated using any standard QR scanner (mobile apps or online scanners like qrscanner.net).
Certificate Verification Details
When scanned, the QR code reveals:
-
Certificate ID
-
Reviewer name
-
Article ID
-
Journal name
-
Review Assignment ID
-
Date of review completion
-
Direct URL to the digital certificate
Certificate Access Methods
Method 1: Editorial Office Access
Editors can generate certificates through the editorial dashboard. If reviewers encounter difficulties accessing their certificates, they may request assistance from the editorial office at ijaaeb@gmail.com. Certificates will be sent to the email address registered in the OJS system.
Method 2: Reviewer Self-Service Access
Reviewers can access certificates through two channels:
2.1. Reviewer Dashboard
Upon submission of review recommendations and reaching the completion page (Step 4), reviewers will find a "Download Certificate" button. This option remains permanently available and reviewers can return anytime by clicking "View" against the list of articles reviewed on their dashboard and navigating to the completion page.
2.2. Direct Certificate Links
Reviewers receive permanent certificate links via:
-
Review invitation emails
-
Reminder notifications
-
Completion confirmation emails
Important Usage Guidelines
Our journal follows a single-blind peer review process where reviewer identities remain confidential. Accordingly, reviewers are expected to:
-
Maintain certificate confidentiality
-
Use certificates for personal professional purposes only
-
Refrain from publishing certificates on public platforms or social media
Note: The Editorial Board monitors certificate usage. Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate certificate revocation.
This system ensures transparent recognition while maintaining the integrity of our blind peer review process.
